Copy-paste problem related to Windows clipboard

Here is the two step process to clean up Windows clipboard:

Start -> Run -> Clipbrd -> Edit -> Delete – Clipboard contents cleared!!!

While doing a little more research on copy-paste problems, I also came across a method to clear the clipboard of Windows (this is at least true for Windows-XP).
